How far in advance should I book hire items?

It is recommended to book as early as possible, especially during peak seasons or holidays, to ensure availability. 

Do you deliver?

We provide free delivery within a 10km radius of town centre. Upon booking, please ensure that your accomodation address is entered in the 'order notes' section at checkout. Failure to do this may result in being charged regardless of receiving hire item. If staying outside of this area, collection is available. If both of these options are unavailable, please send us an email and we will try our best to accomodate you.

Do you set up hire items?

All hire items are of new or recent manufacturing, meaning that product manuals are available online. If you are still unsure of how to set up an item, please give us a call or send us an email and we can send through a product manual.

What safety standards do your hire items meet?

We ensure that all hire items meet current safety standards and are regularly inspected and cleaned thoroughly.

What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the hire start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this timeframe will incur a cancellation fee.

My delivery address was entered incorrectly, will I still be charged?

In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect address being provided, the customer will still be charged the total daily amount. Re-delivery will be attempted the following day pending customer contact. 

Is there a minimum hire period?

We have a minimum hire period payment that covers 1-3 days. If you only require the item for one or two days, it will incur the same fee as a 3 day hire.

Do you offer long-term rentals? 

Our hire periods run for up to 14 days (2 weeks). If you require a longer booking, please send us an email and we will try our best to accomodate you.

Can I rent additional items not listed on your website? 

If there is a specific item you are after and it is not listed, please get in contact and we will see what we can arrange for you.
